On December 13–14, 2025, the Phoenix Center for the Arts proudly presents the 14th Annual Phoenix Festival of the Arts — a vibrant, multicultural celebration of artistic expression in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
Set in scenic Margaret T. Hance Park, this two-day festival features:
Live performances from local artists and cultural groups
Interactive art experiences and immersive demonstrations
150+ local artists and artisans
Food trucks with delicious local bites
A hands-on Family Zone with free activities and entertainment
Fundraising events including raffles, silent auctions, and more

Freakshow Cartel is the creative vehicle for the magnetic duo Jaded Glow (@jadedglowtheartist) and The Spookisauce (@thespookisauce). Formed in January 2025, the band has quickly established itself as a refreshing and authentic voice with their signature Dark Funk sound. The genre title perfectly describes their style: a deep, visceral funk groove layered with dark, evocative textures and raw, soulful expression.

For Jaded Glow and Spookisauce, the music is a direct, unfiltered reflection of their souls, committed entirely to originality and honesty. This philosophy fueled their August 2025 debut, the "Alien Disco EP," a record that blends danceable rhythms with a shadowy, cosmic atmosphere. The EP garnered immediate praise, with the Phoenix New Times magazine noting its unique and positive contribution to the local scene.

Freakshow Cartel is currently performing across the valley, with upcoming appearances scheduled for Lacuna Kava Bar Phoenix on Saturday, December 6th, and the Phoenix Festival for The Arts on Sunday, December 14th.
